Our first stop? The charming seaside town of Pozzallo, where we’ll pause for a classic Sicilian breakfast. Here, the morning ritual is blissfully simple: a fresh pastry (perhaps a ricotta-filled cannolo or flaky cornetto) paired with a frothy cappuccino—a sweet, quiet moment of la dolce vita.
From there, we venture inland to experience an Impact Moment that awakens all the senses. At a family-run herb farm, you’ll learn how generations of passion and care go into cultivating organic aromatic plants. Smell the wild rosemary, taste the vibrant oregano, and hear how sustainable farming is keeping Sicilian traditions alive.
We’ll savor a delicious farm-to-table lunch infused with the very herbs grown on-site—every bite a celebration of this rich land and its bounty.
