To make your trip as smooth and stress-free as possible, I'm happy to take care of your pre-cruise hotel and all the little details that make travel easy. That way, you can focus on enjoying your adventure from the very start.

Here’s what’s included:

• A comfortable hotel stay before your cruise (hotel details will be finalized a bit later)
• Transfer from the airport to your hotel
• Transfer from your hotel to the cruise ship
• Transfer from the cruise ship back to the airport at the end of your journey

✦ Important note: I highly recommend arriving a day early to ensure you are in place and ready for embarkation. This extra cushion helps avoid any last-minute travel delays cutting into your cruise experience.

I can also book your flights if you’d like everything coordinated together. If you prefer to book your own air, you’re still welcome to take advantage of the hotel and transfer package — you’ll just need to be sure to come in a day early.

If you book your own flights and choose not to do the pre-hotel and transfer package, you will be responsible for arranging your own accommodations and transportation. Please understand that I cannot be held responsible if you encounter delays and miss embarkation.

With everything arranged ahead of time, you can simply relax and enjoy the fun parts of travel while knowing the logistics are all covered.

Travel Protection is a valuable part of planning any trip. It helps safeguard your investment by covering unexpected events such as trip interruptions, cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. While no one anticipates problems, Travel Protection provides peace of mind and ensures you’re not left handling unexpected expenses on your own.

Once an itinerary has been selected, Explore With Monica will provide pricing for Travel Protection within 48 hours. Clients are expected to review the options and make a decision—to accept, decline, or choose an alternative plan. Responsibility for this decision rests with the client.
