Your deposit secures your cabin and is non-refundable once the group is confirmed.

Minimum Group Requirement: We need at least 7 registered travelers by September 16, 2026 for the Journey Circle hosted group to move forward. If the minimum is not met and the hosted group does not operate, deposits will be returned.

The cruise begins October 6, 2027, but we anticipate departing the U.S. on October 4 and spending one night in Basel before boarding the ship.

Airfare, the pre-cruise Basel hotel, airport/cruise transfers and travel protection are not included in the cruise prices above. Pricing is not yet available for these components.

As schedules and rates become available, Tena and the booking team will coordinate these arrangements and provide the group with options and estimated costs.

Please do not purchase independent airfare until you receive instructions from your Journey Host.

Travel protection is recommended for this Journey and is an additional cost.

Plan options and pricing will be provided as we get closer to the appropriate purchase date.

Our regular $150 international management fee has been reduced to $100 per traveler for this Journey. It covers the planning and coordination of your overall trip, including pre-cruise arrangements, transfers and travel documentation.

Want us to handle your airfare? A $50 per traveler air booking fee applies when booking the same flights as the Journey Host.

Flight deviations require an additional $50 fee. Travelers who book their own airfare are responsible for servicing their flights and may not qualify for group airport transfers.

Travel management and air booking fees are non-refundable.

Tena (aka Tasha's Mom) will be your Journey Host before and during this adventure, with the booking team Kari and Jordan handling reservations, payments and travel logistics.

Tena will keep the group informed, answer all questions, help everyone prepare and — most importantly — travel right alongside you.

Your Riviera Travel guides and cruise staff will handle the touring and destination expertise, while Tena is there to bring the Journey Circle group together.
