We want you to have a realistic idea of the total investment for this Journey before you reserve your cabin — not just the price of the cruise.
While airfare, our pre-cruise Basel hotel, transfers and travel protection cannot be finalized this far in advance, we recommend using the following amounts for planning purposes only:
Your Cruise: $6049-6449 depending on room category
Travel Management Fee: $100
Estimated Airfare from Sioux Falls: $1,500–$1,800+
Estimated Pre-Cruise Hotel: $250–$400 per room/night
Estimated Transfers: $100–$200
Travel Protection: Price to be determined based on your total trip cost and selected plan
Simply add approximately $2,000–$2,500 to your cruise price, plus the cost of travel protection, for a comfortable estimate of what your complete Journey may cost.
For example, if your cruise cabin is $6,049, we would suggest planning for a total trip investment of approximately $8,049–$8,500 plus travel protection.
We would much rather have you budget a little more now and be pleasantly surprised later than underestimate the cost of your Journey.
These amounts are intentionally conservative estimates and are provided solely to help with advance budgeting. They are not quotes or guaranteed prices. Actual airfare, hotel, transfer and travel protection costs may be higher or lower and will depend on availability, schedules, exchange rates, group size and pricing available when reservations are made.
As each component becomes available to book, Tena will provide the group with the actual pricing and options before anything is confirmed.
