Single-Room Supplement: If you prefer your own space, a single-room supplement is available for $800.

I want to make sure you have all the information you need for a smooth and stress-free trip! Here are answers to common questions you might have:

How do I secure my spot?

A $600 per-person deposit holds your place. Final balance is due by 03/16/26.

Can I switch to a single room later?

Yes—subject to availability. A single supplement fee would apply.

What are the payment plan details?

Choose between making a deposit payment and a final payment or you can pay in full all at once. We’ll send an easy schedule once you book.

Can I book optional excursions?

Yes—120 days prior to departure excursion options will be sent out. Optional excursions must be booked at that time.

What’s the cancellation policy?

Life happens, and I understand that. If you need to cancel your booking, here's how it works:

30 days or more prior to departure: The deposit will be retained.

Between 29 and 15 days prior to departure: 30% of the total booking cost will be retained.

Between 14 and 8 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be retained.

Within 7 days of departure: 100% of the amount paid will be retained.

All cancellations must be made in writing.

Is travel insurance mandatory?

Not mandatory, but we strongly encourage it to protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances, medical emergencies, and trip interruptions.
