Lindsay is the founder of Groundcontrol™, a core training discipline built to empower the physiology and nervous system of athletes— optimizing movement and recovery. As a certified Somatic Experiencing practitioner, Yoga teacher, Pilates teacher and Strength coach, she brings a rare depth of expertise to her teaching.  

With over 20 years of teaching around around the globe and a long career as a professional modern dancer Lindsay brings a uniquely embodied understanding of movement — both mechanically grounded and deeply intuitive. She has taught at Kula Yoga Project since 2011, one of NYC's most beloved yoga communities.  Lindsay works 1:1 with athletes at her studio in NYC and remotely.  She leads yearly retreats, trainings  and mentorship programs for teachers worldwide.

At Tiskita, Lindsay will guide students through a total of 11 practices to meet you in the inner and outer landscapes of the experience of living off grid in the jungle.
