2027 Thanksgiving Caribbean Cruise With Dr. Terika
Nov 22 - Dec 2, 2027
This is how you spend Thanksgiving week when you've decided sitting at someone's dining table isn't the only way to gather with the people you love.
You'll board Crystal Symphony on November 22, 2027, and by the time the rest of the country is arguing about stuffing recipes, you'll be waking up in Cozumel with the Mesoamerican Reef right off the ship and Mayan ruins waiting a short drive inland.
The days that follow unfold at that same easy pace: Belize City and its barrier reef, Santo Tomás in Guatemala, then Roatán, where the diving rivals that of anywhere in the Caribbean. You'll get a proper sea day to actually enjoy the ship before Puerto Limón, Costa Rica, and then Colón, Panama, where the Gatun Locks give you a front row seat to one of the more remarkable feats of engineering on the planet.
Cartagena closes out the sailing with an overnight, so instead of one rushed afternoon you'll have two full days to walk the walled Old Town and let Getsemaní's street art talk you into one more coffee before you disembark on December 2.
Ten nights, six countries, and a Thanksgiving you'll actually remember the details of.

About Crystal and Your Ship
There's a reason people who've cruised everywhere keep coming back to Crystal, and it's not the ship size, it's what happens because of it. At 606 guests, Crystal Symphony is small enough that your butler learns your coffee order by the second morning and the bartenders start pouring your usual before you ask. That's not an accident. It's the whole design. Refurbished in 2025, she's all-inclusive in the way that actually means something: wine and champagne with dinner, top-shelf spirits at the bar, Wi-Fi that works, and gratuities already handled, so the only decisions left are which restaurant and which show.
And the restaurants are worth deciding over. Nine venues onboard, including Umi Uma, the only Nobu at sea, so you can have that sushi you love in the middle of the Caribbean, and Osteria d'Ovidio for the kind of Italian dinner that makes you slow down.
Evenings bring real entertainment, Broadway-level shows alongside speaker series that give you something to talk about at breakfast the next day.
Add a full spa for the mornings you'd rather not rush, and what you get is a ship that feels less like a cruise and more like a very well-run boutique hotel that happens to move.
