Overview

Get in the mood for some serious relaxation as we set sail to the Caribbean. Departing from Fort Lauderdale, a day at sea takes us to the coast of Central America, where Mayan civilization is the theme in Cozumel in Mexico, Belize City, and Santo Tomas in Guatemala. Next, it's time for a dip in the cerulean waters that lap the coast of Roatán in Honduras – don't forget your snorkel, this tiny island has the second biggest coral reef in the world. Relax onboard as we spend a day at sea crossing the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, bound for Puerto Limón in Costa Rica. Make time for a stroll through the lush Parque Vargas, keeping your eyes peeled for sloths. Our penultimate stop is Colón, which sits at the mouth of the Panama Canal and has viewing points from which you can see the workings of this famed waterway. Then we head to our final destination, Cartagena, where we overnight, leaving plenty of time to wander the colorful streets and admire the astonishing 16th-century architecture.
