Hotel Miconia is a rustic and elegant hotel with an excellent location. The rooms have hot water, a safe, air conditioning and internet. We have a swimming pool and a restaurant for guests to use.
Hotel Miconia began receiving guests in 2002, pioneering our concept of accommodation that sets us apart. From the beginning, our main priority has been not only to satisfy our guests, but knowing that most of them have traveled a long distance to get to Galapagos, we strive to make the experience as bright and memorable as possible. We welcome visitors to the hotel, which is conveniently located next to the pier, where it is easy to navigate by boat or venture along the boardwalk and the town center, where you can find all the shops and services you need during your stay.
It is a 21-apartment hotel, with its rustic architecture with “Matazarnos” wood that only exists in the Galapagos Islands. The hotel has 3 categories of apartments: Standard (interior view); Junior Suite (Partial sea view without balcony) and Master Suite (Balcony with full sea view). This building has a swimming pool, a spa and a restaurant specializing in seafood, but we also have a very varied menu for other lunch and dinner options. Accommodation at the Hotel Miconia offers an American breakfast, hot water in the shower, a swimming pool in the social area, a safe in the rooms, air conditioning and good quality internet service.
Hotel Bed Requests
While I make every effort to ensure your hotel bedding requests are confirmed, they are not guaranteed until time of check in. This may mean that you get two double/queen beds instead of one king/queen sized one. Unfortunately, other than making the bed request and following up on it, there is nothing more I can do.
