Upon arrival at Vancouver International Airport or Pacific Central Station, guests will be met by a Tauck representative holding a sign to assist with transfers to the hotel. At the airport, travelers should proceed through Immigration to baggage claim; if luggage is missing, a claim must be filed before leaving the area, and the local transfer provider should be notified. After clearing Customs, guests should follow signs for "Ground Transportation" in the International Reception Lobby to meet their representative. The transfer to the hotel takes approximately 30 minutes and may be shared with other guests.
