With the Sandals & Beaches app you can manage your upcoming trip(s), view your booking information, book vacation extras, and even check-in before your arrival.  You can also view your personal vacation countdown (careful not to share your booking number on social media).

During Your Stay

While at the resort(s), use the app to make dining reservations, view resort map, check local weather, manage butler preferences, check-out and much more!

Also, Sandals and Beaches has a new virtual assistant for Guest Information and Assistance, GINA, which is a communication platform via WhatsApp, allowing guests to easily reach the resort team for support and quick responses throughout the day. To connect with GINA, simply follow these steps:

• Download WhatsApp from the App-Store if the you do not have it on your devices.

• Upon arrival at the resort, scan the QR code found in your room, public areas, and on digital screens to be automatically connected for anything you may need.

• Guests can also find the link for GINA directly on the Sandals App.

Please note that while GINA is designed to handle many guest inquiries efficiently, for more complex or specific requests, the dedicated team on resort will be available to provide additional assistance.
