Please be aware that hotel and airline prices change daily. In most cases, your price will be locked in once your travel is booked and airline flights have been ticketed. However, suppliers may sometimes add service fees, taxes, or other surcharges after booking. Prices for drink packages, Wi-Fi, internet services, and parking are estimates and do not include taxes and service fees.
Merchant Credit Card Transactions: If we or our affiliates are the merchant on your credit card transaction, bear in mind that our services consist of counseling and facilitating the sale and paying the Supplier on your behalf. If for any reason your credit card charges are declined, reversed, or Serenova Cruise Vacations & Travel is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, you acknowledge that this is a binding contract between yourself and Serenova Cruise Vacations & Travel shall be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection. If a Supplier does not provide the service or ceases operations, your recourse is against the Supplier, not us. You agree not to initiate a chargeback against us or a refund request that is not authorized by this Agreement and to pay any and all legal fees incurred by us in disputing any such claim for refund.
