Reservation:
Required Guest Acknowledgement: Guests must go to https:// reservation.globusfamily.com to complete the acknowledgement process. Only one person is required to acknowledge the reservation for their travel party.
- Verify your name on the reservation matches exactly to the government-issued I.D. you’ll be using for travel.
- Provide us with any additional email addresses you’d like communications and information regarding your reservation to be sent.
- Review and accept our Travel Terms & Conditions.
- Provide an "On Trip Contact" to reach you in case of emergency during travel.
6 Month Passport Validity Required: Please ensure you have secured any necessary visas and that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip in Italy. Ensure you have a minimum of three (3) blank pages for stamps and/or visas. Most countries have laws that require you to carry your passport with you at all times. Check your government’s foreign affairs/travel advice website or a local consulate/embassy for the most current entry/exit requirements. Globus family of brands is not responsible if you are denied entry due to entry/exit requirements not being met.
Luggage Restrictions: Porterage at hotels is included for one piece of luggage per person (when porterage is available). As a general guide your one piece of luggage should not exceed 30x21x11 in. (76x53x28cm), or 50 lbs. (22kg). We are unable to accept a second piece of luggage or any luggage exceeding these limits. If you are traveling with more, please make arrangements for storage while on vacation. Airlines may have other restrictions.

Travel Protection: You must purchase a travel protection policy from your travel agent or provide proof of medical coverage while in Italy. Insurance is required for trip participation.
