Enjoy Complimentary On-Site Activities - While enjoying your stay at Sleeping Giant, take some time to check out the on-site complimentary options! You can take a 25 minute hike to the Gazebo with a breathtaking view of local Orchards, the Hummingbird Highway, and all 625 acres that Sleeping Giant has to offer. You can also explore the four rope bridges on the property which will take you over the river and give you access to hiking the Mayan Mountains. Did you know that Sleeping Giant started as an orchard? You can walk through the very same orchards, which are also a great place to book a Horse and Buggy ride! If you'd like to get on the river for a bit, you can always grab a complimentary kayak and paddle down the lazy Sibun River for a little wildlife spotting! You may even see a toucan if you're lucky. Make sure to check out the Nest, an adult’s treehouse with two levels built directly into a tree. Enjoy the view from the lower deck or climb up to the netted level above as sunrays cascade onto the mountains before you. You can even arrange to have a private picnic on the Nest or use it as a vantage point for bird watching.
