IMPORTANT:
Due to record number of travelers, many attractions have restricted access, restrictions of volume of visitors, and the late release of tickets. Please be advised that some entrance tickets cannot be guaranteed until the group is finalized and are subject to availability at late release dates. For some visits, an earlier payment to that of our final payment date may be required for tickets. The tour service will try their utmost to secure all tickets for the group, but please note this situation is beyond their control.
Tour Luggage Allowance - Land Arrangements:
One piece of standard size luggage per person is included on tour coaches. If the group is travelling with more than one piece each, then we must advise the tour service prior to final payment of the group. Additional arrangements may be required (cost not included). Failure to do so could impact the smooth running of your tour and incur costs locally. Contact the travel agent immediately with a luggage count for you and your roommate.
Other items beyond control of tour service or travel agent:
Taxes and fuel surcharges are subject to change and are not guaranteed until tickets are issued and will be re-quoted at time of final invoicing.
All international and domestic fares are subject to change with confirmation of flights
Seat deposits and airfare guarantees will be applicable.
Note that name corrections are NOT permitted once the e-ticket has been issued. Where the name has been misspelled, the reservation must be cancelled and a new booking made in the correct name at same or higher fare for the same dates/itinerary and a new ticket issued.
