About This Itinerary
This is a proposed itinerary for our group travels. No space is currently held, and pricing and availability are subject to change before the group deposit is paid in full and our partners confirm the arrangements. We will communicate any changes made prior to the final confirmation of the itinerary and commitment of deposits, and you will have the option to proceed.
Pricing
Pricing is based on a minimum group size and reflects current rates. Should we reach a larger group, pricing may decrease -- we will always pass any savings along to our travelers. Single room supplement is available upon request. All rates are quoted in USD.

Deposits & Payment
Deposits will be collected individually as travelers confirm their spot. Your deposit will be held until we reach the minimum number of travelers required to confirm the group, at which point it will be submitted to our destination partner. Full payment details and deadlines will be provided at the time of booking.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be quoted at the time your deposit is collected. Please do not wait -- coverage options and deadlines will be time-sensitive once your deposit is made.
Passports & Entry Requirements
Cancellation (Land portion)
Travel insurance is the best protection against cancellation penalties. We strongly encourage all travelers to purchase coverage.
Luggage
Each traveler is permitted one standard-size suitcase plus one small soft-sided personal item such as a handbag or small backpack. Please plan accordingly as luggage allowances will be enforced throughout the trip.
