Princess Cruises announces an exclusive partnership with world-renowned butcher Dario Cecchini, unveiling a new specialty dining experience aboard the next-generation Sun Princess, debuting in February 2024. The Butcher’s Block by Dario, located on deck 9, offers an impromptu bistro setting with a large, shared family-style table, serving a carnivore’s paradise.
Dario Cecchini, an eighth-generation butcher with over 48 years of experience, is celebrated for his butcher shop and restaurants in Panzano, Italy. Known globally and featured on Netflix’s “Chef’s Table,” Cecchini honors the animals he butchers by using all cuts of meat and incorporating his grandmother’s cherished recipes.
The Butcher’s Block by Dario will feature perfectly grilled beef and steak, including Cecchini’s signature cuts, providing guests with an exceptional and memorable dining experience.
