    The Remaining Balance is due by February 1st, 2026.

    Land Portion Cancellation:

    If cancelled before 15 Jan 2026: No Cancellation fee

    If cancelled between 16 Jan – 01 Feb: Full Deposit Non-Refunadable

    After 01 Feb : 100% Cancellation Applied

    In-Destination Air Cancellation:

    Once tickets are issued the cancellation fees will be as follows:

    Jaipur – Delhi – USD 40 Per Person

    Delhi – Kathmandu: USD 140 Per Person
