After one last breakfast in Edinburgh, we’ll check out and board our private coach for a journey straight through the heart of the Scottish Highlands—a day that feels less like travel and more like stepping through the pages of a historical novel.
As we wind past misty lochs, craggy hills, and storybook villages, you’ll see why Scotland has inspired storytellers for centuries. We'll stop along the way for lunch on your own, then arrive in Inverness where our local guide will take us on a walking tour of this charming Highland capital.
Highlights include Inverness Castle, the River Ness, and a behind-the-scenes visit to the Highland House of Fraser—Scotland’s famed kiltmaker, where you’ll enjoy a guided tour and a chance to shop for your own tartan treasures.
By evening, we’ll check into our next cozy hotel, with the rest of the night free to explore or unwind as you wish.
