The experience begins with a welcome in front of the cellar, followed by an immersion in the Côte-Rôtie vineyard through a walk through the vines. We will introduce you to the estate, the specificities of the appellation and we will also discuss the Condrieu terroir. Throughout the tour, we will go into detail on the various tasks carried out in the vineyard throughout the seasons. The visit continues in the winery, where we will delve deeper into the subject of the harvest and the winemaking process, before discovering the aging cellar. This experience is distinguished by a guided tasting of Côte-Rôtie on barrel, a unique opportunity to discover the wine during aging and understand its evolution. Finally, the visit concludes with a tasting of the estate's wines, accompanied by sausage from Saint-Sauveur-en-Rue and Rigotte de Condrieu, a local goat cheese.
