Clacillaria invites you to her gorgeous country house - it's in the middle of an olive grove and has a small vineyard. Upon your arrival, you'll be served a snack and something to drink and then the fun beings! You will join your host in picking the herbs and vegetables that you need to prepare your meal. You will then make an appetizer and followed by the pasta. You will make stuffed ravioli and fettuccine or lasagna and capellini or strozzapreti each with their own sauce. Upon request, you could also make gnocci. Clacillaria will teach you to make pasta the traditional way, with wholemeal flour and semolina eggs or water, and entirely by hand, with nothing else but the help of a rolling pin. Depending on the season, you'll also make eggplant parmigiana or a crunchy pie, and then finish with dessert. When everything is ready, you'll take a seat at Clacillaria's grand table, with a glass of prosecco or wine and dig in to your meal!
