The Fornet is not just a Fornet. It is a project to recover the taste memory of the island and it is also a loving cry for the Mallorcan culture in all the seven vessants. Now that we serve products of the highest quality coming from obligatory recipients, we recover the emblematic places of the city and return to their original splendor, we write popular books on the gastronomic costums of the island, and finally we can sing tonades de fer feina o ballam ball by bot dins l'obrador!
