Restaurant in Palma de Mallorca with its own history
Like the name already indicates, our restaurant in Palma is located in a former bakery from the 19th century. In 1992 its founder Joan Baqués converted it into a restaurant. It got its present appearance a couple of years ago from Carlos and Christian Baqués, the founder’s sons. We always look for innovation, but we never lose our roots since our restaurant in Palma de Mallorca has been a family business for more than 32 years
BAR AREA
It is the entrance and reception of the restaurant. Formerly it was the store where bread and other products used to be sold to customers daily.Ideal space to eat informally at the high bars or have cocktails at our SINGULAR bar.
THE CELLAR
Place where the baker baked the bread daily, made the ensaimadas and other delicacies.Located on the ground floor, it is a spacious and fresh room where you can breathe the liveliest atmosphere of the entire restaurant. Casual and hip vibes to enjoy a full experience.
CRISTAL ROOM
In the old days it was the warehouse for the products used in the bakery.Today it is a modern and cozy room located on the first floor, ideal for a quiet dinner with your partner.
RED ROOM
Located on the second floor and also known as the old residence of the baker and his family.It has several rooms and private areas, one of them for groups of up to 16 people and another one known as the "Hall of Fame", with a round table for 6 people.It is undoubtedly the most romantic and quiet area of the restaurant and where you can breathe a more intimate atmosphere
