1. Booking & Deposit
A booking is confirmed only when:
The completed Registration Form is submitted, and
A non-refundable deposit of RM1,000.00 per person is received.
Deposit Deadline: Payment must be made within 24 hours of invoice. After this period, the spot will be automatically released.
2. Minimum & Fixed Group Size (Minimum of 20 Pax)
Participant Limit:
A minimum of 20 guests is required for the trip to go ahead.
Additional enquiries will be placed on a first-come, first-served waiting list in case of cancellations or additional spot avaibility.
3. Roommate-Matching
Twin-share bookings are paired with another participant. If you select ‘twin share (matched)’ and we have not found you a room-mate by 4 July 2025, you may either;
Upgrade to single occupancy and pay the single-supplement price OR
Cancel for a full refund of your deposit.
4. Payment Terms & Deadline
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Bank transfer and credit card fees are borne by the participant.
Payment Deadline:
Full balance must be paid by 11 July 2025 to secure your spot.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Bank transfer to our Malaysian Maybank account
Credit card via Stripe (3% + RM1 processing fee per transaction)
Important Notes:
Credit card payments require up to 7 working days to process.
To meet the payment deadline, complete your payment by 4 July 2025.
Failure to pay in full by the deadline may result in booking cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.
5. Travel & Logistics
Begin searching for flights ONLY AFTER the minimum group size is confirmed by 4th July 2025
Arrival: Denpasar Airport (DPS) on Day 1 by 1:00 PM.
Return flight: Schedule for Day 4 at 7:00 PM or later to allow sufficient travel time from the retreat venue to the airport.
Airport transfers are not included in the package.

Contact us to book a private airport transfer at RM180.00 per way
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Go/No-Go Date:
If fewer than 20 participants are confirmed by 4 July 2025, the retreat will be cancelled.
Deposit is refundable only if the event is cancelled due to not reaching the minimum number of participants by the go/no-go date.
All payments, including deposits, will be refunded in full within 7 days.
No Refund After Full Payment:
Once full payment is received, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, due to strict no-refund policies from partner hotels, activity providers, and suppliers. This also ensures fairness to all participants.
Travel Insurance Requirement:
All participants are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.

7. Participant Responsibility
Travel Insurance:
Participants must obtain appropriate travel insurance before the full payment deadline (11 July 2025).
The policy must cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, personal liability, and baggage loss.
Proof of insurance must be emailed to erinnadimelali@gmail.com before departure.
Guests without proof of coverage may be denied participation without refund.
Travel Documents:
Ensure passport validity, required travel documents, and visa (if applicable) are in order prior to departure.
Punctuality:
Be on time for all scheduled activities.
Late arrivals or no-shows may forfeit participation without compensation.
8. Room Configuration & Allocation

Key Terms:
Room Mates Request
You may nominate a friend or family member to share your twin room when you book.
We will do our utmost to honour pairings, but all requests remain subject to availability and final allocation by the organiser.
Final Rooming List
The confirmed rooming list is issued 7 days before arrival and cannot be guaranteed to change thereafter.
The organiser reserves the right to re‑assign rooms as operationally required.
Special Requests
Adjoining rooms, accessibility needs, or specific bedding configurations must be submitted in writing 30 days prior to the retreat.
The hotel will accommodate these where feasible, but they are not guaranteed.
Check‑In / Check‑Out
Standard times: Check‑in 2 pm , Check‑out 12 pm.
Early check‑in or late check‑out is wholly at the hotel’s discretion and may incur additional charges payable directly to the property.
Additional Nights
Pre‑ or post‑retreat nights can be arranged on request, subject to availability and at the participant’s cost.
Room Condition & Incidentals
Participants are liable for any damage, loss, minibar use, or other incidentals charged to their room; settlement is required before departure.
Non‑Smoking & Quiet‑Hours Policies
All rooms are non‑smoking. Any hotel cleaning fee for violations will be charged to the participant concerned.
Please observe hotel quiet hours (10 pm – 7 am) for the comfort of fellow guests.
9. Health & Fitness Declaration
Guests confirm they are physically fit for moderate yoga, light trekking, and tropical weather.
Any existing medical condition or dietary restriction must be disclosed at registration so we can inform our partners.
10. Custom Arrangements & Add-Ons
Package includes accommodation, yoga sessions, meals, local experiences, and transportation as outlined in the confirmed itinerary.
Additional activities or custom requests beyond the agreed scope are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Optional tours or activities booked independently of Adimelali Bali are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. We are not responsible for their quality, safety, or execution.
11. Code of Conduct & Respect for Local Culture
Participants must dress appropriately and follow all instructions from the guide or facilitator.
Refrain from any verbal or physical behaviour that may disrespect Balinese customs or cultural sensitivities.
The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant whose actions:
Cause discomfort to fellow participants, or
Negatively impact the retreat experience or reputation.
No refund will be issued in such cases.
12. Complaints & On‑Trip Problem Resolution
Any issue must be reported to the retreat leader in writing within 24 hours so we can attempt an immediate remedy. Claims raised after the trip may be harder to resolve.
13. Liability Waiver
We act solely as an intermediary between participants and third-party suppliers (hotels, transport, wellness providers). We are not responsible for and do not accept liability for any loss, injury, accident, delay, damage, or unforeseen problem arising from supplier actions, third-party services, or force majeure events. Participants are advised to claim such matters through their personal travel insurance.
14. Organizer Rights
The organizers reserve the right to:
Make minor adjustments to the itinerary if required for operational or safety reasons.
Cancel or postpone the event due to Force Majeure.
If events beyond our control e.g., natural disasters, war, government restrictions, epidemics/pandemics—force us to cancel or postpone, we will:
Reschedule first. All payments move to the new dates.
If you can’t attend the new dates: choose either
100 % credit (valid 12 months)
Refund less non-recoverable costs already paid on your behalf.
No further liability applies.
15. Photography & Media Release
Unless you opt out in writing, you grant us (Adimelali Bali) the right to use photos/videos taken during the retreat for marketing purposes without compensation.
16. Data Privacy
Personal data is stored securely and used exclusively for trip administration and occasional marketing you can unsubscribe from anytime.
17. Consent & Agreement
By confirming your participation and submitting your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
