In the afternoon, visit the breathtaking Lim Channel, a dramatic, fjord-like inlet carved deep into Istria's western coastline. Known for its lush forested slopes and thriving oyster and mussel farms, the channel offers panoramic views and the chance to learn about the region's unique marine ecosystem and centuries-old aquaculture traditions.
Continue to Rovinj, often regarded as the jewel of the Istrian Peninsula. Wander its maze of cobblestone streets lined with colorful Venetian-era buildings, artisan galleries, and inviting cafés. Climb to the hilltop Church of St. Euphemia for sweeping views across the Adriatic before gathering for a group dinner at a local restaurant. (Breakfast and dinner included.)
