Late afternoon, you'll be collected from the lodge and transferred to the jetty for a sunset and dinner cruise on the Zambezi River - and this is the one you'll be talking about for years.
The boat drifts downstream toward the falls first, close enough to catch the spray, before turning upstream to chase the sun as it melts into the horizon. The African sky goes gold, then amber, then fire. Hippos surface alongside the boat. Elephants wade at the banks. The sounds of the bush settle in around you.
And then dinner. A full gourmet 4-course meal, freshly prepared on board - think artisan starters, a chef's soup with fresh bread, a main course of your choice, and dessert - all with selected drinks flowing throughout. This is Africa at its most cinematic, and you have a front row seat.
