India is not a country you simply visit — it is a universe you step into, vast, overwhelming, and unlike anything you've ever known. My own journey with India began in 2015, and I must admit: I was not ready. I traveled alone, without a guide, trying to navigate it as an independent traveler. What I found was a whirlwind of contradictions, a place with no Western counterpart to anchor myself to. Without context or explanation, I felt almost horrified — so much so that I swore I would never return, unless work forced me to.

And indeed, it was work that brought me back. But this time, everything was different. I had an extraordinary guide by my side and an itinerary carefully designed in advance. Instead of chaos, I discovered poetry. I fell deeply in love — with the traditions, the flavors of the cuisine, the artistry of the crafts, even the ceaseless soundscape of horns and voices that fills every street.

Today, India is no longer just a destination for me. It is home, a place where I now spend at least five months a year. And in October, I cannot wait to share my India with you — the colors, the textures, the unexpected tenderness hidden in the noise.

I will not be alone in this journey. Alongside me will be Simona Orsini — Life & Relationship Coach, Yoga Teacher and Somatic Work Practitioner. Her approach is inclusive and non-performative: the practices she teaches are tailored to the individual, adaptable to the group, and always attuned to the context and the places we move through together. Through moments of movement, stillness and presence, the journey will not only be experienced — it will be felt, digested, and integrated.

Together, we will not just see India. We will experience it.

L’India non è un Paese che si visita semplicemente: è un universo in cui si entra, vasto, travolgente e diverso da qualsiasi cosa tu abbia mai conosciuto. Il mio viaggio personale in India è iniziato nel 2015 e lo ammetto: non ero pronta. Viaggiavo da sola, senza una guida, cercando di attraversarla come una viaggiatrice indipendente. Quello che ho trovato è stato un vortice di contraddizioni, un luogo senza alcun riferimento occidentale a cui potermi aggrappare. Senza contesto né spiegazioni, mi sono sentita quasi sopraffatta — tanto da giurare che non sarei mai tornata, se non costretta dal lavoro.

Ed è stato proprio il lavoro a riportarmi lì. Ma questa volta era tutto diverso. Avevo accanto una guida straordinaria e un itinerario costruito con cura. Al posto del caos, ho scoperto la poesia. Mi sono innamorata profondamente: delle tradizioni, dei sapori della cucina, dell’artigianato, persino del paesaggio sonoro incessante di clacson e voci che riempie ogni strada.

Oggi l’India non è più solo una destinazione per me. È casa, un luogo in cui trascorro almeno cinque mesi all’anno. E a marzo non vedo l’ora di condividere con te la mia India — i colori, le texture, la tenerezza inaspettata nascosta nel rumore.

Il suo approccio è inclusivo non performativo e le pratiche che insegna sono cucite sull'individuo, adattabili al gruppo e sempre in ascolto del contesto e dei luoghi che attraversiamo insieme. Attraverso momenti di movimento, quiete e presenza, il viaggio non sarà solo vissuto — sarà sentito, digerito e fatto proprio.

Insieme, non ci limiteremo a vedere l’India. La vivremo.
