After breakfast at the hotel, we’ll head inland to visit a local Calabrian flour mill, where you’ll discover how regional grains are processed and gain insight into one of the essential elements of Calabrian cuisine.
Next, we’ll meet the beloved “Official Nonna of Calabria Food Fest 2027.” She’ll guide us through an interactive pasta-making class, sharing her family’s techniques and stories as we learn how to shape traditional Calabrian pasta by hand.
After the workshop, we’ll enjoy a generous and rustic lunch at Agriturismo Fassi, a welcoming countryside estate that also features a small petting zoo — the perfect spot
to relax and enjoy a taste of rural life.
Following lunch, we’ll return to the hotel.
The rest of the afternoon is free time: relax by the sea, go for a swim, or browse the shops at your own pace.
Dinner is at your leisure, and we’ll be happy to recommend restaurants based on your cravings. Afterward, enjoy a peaceful walk along the promenade, grab a gelato, sip a cocktail, or simply return to the hotel to unwind.
