Final dinner and live musical performance
Tonight the final dinner will take you through the 7 flavours of the week: straw-baked bread, extra virgin olive oil, wild herbs, handmade pasta, Black Pig meats, buffalo cheeses and traditional dessert. A final toast with Chef Peppe Zullo will celebrate the essence of the Apulian land.
The dinner will be accompanied by a live musical performance celebrating the culture, history, and traditions of Puglia. Serenades, religious songs, work chants, ancient stories, open-air folk songs, and music for celebrations and ceremonies are all part of the rich traditional repertoire of the Gargano, presented before moving south to the vibrant rhythms of the Pizzica Pizzica in Salento, culminating in the original and evocative ritual of the Taranta bite.
