Get truly off the beaten on an exhilarating caving and body rafting adventure.
The adventure begins with a 60-minute scenic drive through magnificent Karst and limestone landscape. During the drive, learn how the subtropical weather has shaped the island's geology.
Once on site, a certified wilderness first responder conducts a safety briefing. Equipped with state-of-the-art gear, including US Coast Guard-approved life jackets, helmets, and knee pads, the first responder hikes down a Taino Indian trail as the guide shares fascinating stories of the Taino Indian life and culture.
The adrenaline surges next. Descend into wild caverns, marveling at fantastic stalactite and stalagmite formations to discover a hidden underground world that remains a secret to most tourists.
After the cavern exploration, float down the river through canyons while body rafting with the guide in the lead to ensure your comfort and safety.
The adventure ends with rest, relaxation, and refreshment at a small traditional mountain cottage.
Please note:
For convenience and comfort guest must wear lightweight and breathable clothing made of synthetic and fast dry material. Guests must wear closed toe shoes or sneakers as it is required. Water shoes will not protect you on the rough terrain. These tours involve physical activities that could be considered challenging due to extremely active tour content which could be considered physical demanding. They are recommended only for guests that are physically fit and adventurous traveler. Guest must be in excellent physical condition. Pregnant women may not participate. A signed waiver is required. This experience is not wheelchair accessible. Guest must be at least 10 years old to participate.
