You will be met on the pier and escorted to your awaiting air-conditioned transportation for a scenic drive to your cooking experience, set on a beautiful white sand beach.
At the venue, you'll be welcomed by one of Antigua's most respected chefs, trained by a Michelin 1-star chef. Enjoy a refreshing homemade rum or fruit punch while your chef introduces the day's culinary experience.
Fresh, locally sourced ingredients will be ready for you to work with as you prepare a sumptuous 3-course Antiguan meal with Caribbean fusion. The chef will guide you through each step, sharing local anecdotes, ingredient history, and tips on how to bring authentic West Indian flavors into your own kitchen.
After cooking, savor the dishes you helped create while enjoying the stunning beach views, complemented by a glass of wine. You will also have the opportunity for a leisurely walk along the sand or a quick swim in the Caribbean Sea—don't forget your towel!
Finally, your air-conditioned transportation will return you to the ship.

- Guests are recommended to wear casual clothing and comfortable walking shoes, and to bring swimwear if they wish to take a swim after the class.
