Every great trip has a last morning... and this one ends right where it began, back in Seattle with a week of incredible memories and probably a few too many photos on your phone.
The Royal Princess arrives back into Seattle on the morning of July 17th. Debarkation is a process, so here's what to expect: guests are typically called off the ship in groups beginning early morning. Plan to be fully off the ship and through the terminal by approximately 9:00–10:00AM. I'll have specific timing details closer to sail date so there are no surprises.
Getting to the Airport Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is about 30 minutes from the pier depending on traffic. A few options for getting there:
Option 1 · Book Through Princess If you arranged Princess air, your airport transfers are already handled. Princess will coordinate your transportation from the pier directly to the airport. Easy and seamless.
Option 2 · On Your Own Uber, Lyft, and taxis are all readily available at the pier. Light rail is also accessible nearby if you're traveling light. I'd recommend booking a late afternoon flight home if possible... give yourself breathing room on debarkation morning rather than rushing off the ship stressed about making a flight.
Option 3 · Stay and Extend Not ready to go home yet? Honestly... I get it. Seattle is a wonderful city and a few extra days can turn a great trip into an extraordinary one. If you'd like to extend your stay before flying home, I can arrange that for you. Hotel recommendations, things to do, dining... just say the word and I'll put it together.
Whatever your plan, I'll be in touch before we sail to make sure everyone has their departure day sorted and no one is scrambling. That's my job and I take it seriously.
