Experience the pinnacle of luxury on the AmaVenita. Located on the highest cabin deck, these suites are designed for those who appreciate extra room to breathe, premium finishes, and the best vantage point on the river.

Positioned on the highest stateroom deck, the Category AA cabins offer a sophisticated retreat for travelers who value premium placement. At 235 sq. ft., these rooms provide a spacious, airy feel complemented by AmaWaterways' signature twin-balcony design, allowing you to enjoy the river breeze however you choose.
"This is my personal favorite category for those who want to be on the top deck and close to the action while enjoying the best of both balcony worlds."

Located on the Cello Deck, the Category AB staterooms are a favorite for a reason. At 235 sq. ft., these rooms offer the identical spacious layout and premium amenities of our higher-deck cabins, providing the perfect blend of luxury and value. Featuring the famous AmaWaterways Twin Balconies, you’ll have both a French balcony and a full outside balcony to enjoy the changing landscapes of the river.
"I often recommend the Category AB to my clients who want that extra 'elbow room' without the Suite price tag. You get the exact same 235-square-foot layout and the signature Twin Balconies as the deck above, but with the added convenience of being on the same level as the Main Restaurant. It’s the perfect 'sweet spot' of luxury, space, and value."

Experience the river from the highest stateroom deck on the AmaVenita. At 210 sq. ft., the Category BA is expertly designed to maximize both comfort and view. Featuring AmaWaterways' innovative Twin Balconies, you can enjoy the panoramic views from your French balcony or step outside onto your private outdoor balcony to feel the river breeze.
A Note from Your Travel Advisor:
"If you’re like me and love being just a quick stroll away from the morning's first cup of coffee in the lounge or a sunset cocktail on the Sun Deck, the Category BA is your perfect match. You get the premier Violin Deck location and those gorgeous Twin Balconies, making it a wonderful 'home base' for your river adventure."

Experience the luxury of space and the beauty of the river in our Category BB staterooms. Located on the Cello Deck, these 210 sq. ft. rooms are identical in size and layout to our higher-deck cabins, offering the signature AmaWaterways Twin Balconies. You’ll have a floor-to-ceiling French balcony for sweeping views and a private outdoor balcony for a breath of fresh air.
A Note from Your Travel Advisor:
I love the Category BB because it’s truly the 'insider's secret' on the AmaVenita. You get the exact same 210 square feet and the wonderful Twin Balcony layout as the deck above, but it’s often priced as a much better value. Plus, being on the Cello Deck means you're just one quick flight of stairs away from the dining room—perfect for making sure you’re the first one there for those amazing local cheeses!

Our Category C staterooms offer the quintessential river cruising experience. Located on both the Violin and Cello Decks, these 170 sq. ft. rooms feel bright and airy thanks to the floor-to-ceiling French Balcony. Simply slide open the glass doors to let in the fresh river air and the sights of the European countryside from the comfort of your bed.
"I love suggesting Category C for my 'active explorers'—the travelers who plan to spend every waking minute on a walking tour or up on the Sun Deck. You still get the floor-to-ceiling views and the fresh air of the French Balcony, but by choosing this category, you can save a little on the room and put that budget toward a spectacular pre-cruise hotel or an extra-special souvenir!"

Our Category D staterooms are the "best-kept secret" for the savvy traveler. Located on the Piano Deck, these 160 sq. ft. rooms offer a peaceful, private sanctuary away from the main foot traffic of the upper decks. Featuring high fixed windows that let in natural light, these cabins provide the same high-end finishes and world-class service as our largest suites.
A Note from Your Travel Advisor:
"I often suggest Category D for my solo travelers or 'active adventurers' who use their room primarily for a great night's sleep. You get the exact same gourmet dining, incredible excursions, and personalized service as everyone else on the ship, but at the most budget-friendly price point. It’s a brilliant way to experience the luxury of AmaWaterways while saving your 'splurge' budget for a few extra nights in a city like Amsterdam or Basel!"

Our Category E staterooms are the ideal choice for travelers who prioritize the incredible AmaWaterways experience while seeking the best possible value. Located on the Piano Deck, these 160 sq. ft. staterooms offer a quiet, cozy retreat at the end of a day of exploration. Featuring high, fixed twin windows that provide natural light and river views, these cabins are finished with the same elegant decor and attention to detail found throughout the entire ship.

A Note from Your Travel Advisor:
Category E is my go-to recommendation for the 'smart traveler.' On an AmaWaterways cruise, you spend your days on incredible included excursions and your evenings enjoying gourmet dining and local entertainment. Since every guest on the ship receives the exact same five-star service and amenities, Category E allows you to enjoy the full luxury experience at the most attractive price point. It is the perfect way to make this bucket-list journey a reality while perhaps leaving a little extra in your budget for a pre-cruise stay in Lake Como or a post-cruise shopping spree in Amsterdam!
