AIRFARE
Airfare is included as part of your price. However, the tour company (ETS) will decide the airline and flight times for us to travel. This will be disclosed at a later time but no later than May 2027. If you have loyalty points for the chosen airline, you will earn them; however, you cannot use them for payment.
- All flights will begin and end in Atlanta.
- Additional Airline Fees: There can be additional airline checked baggage fees that are not included in the price of the tour. These fees vary by airline and are at the airline's discretion on each segment of the flight itinerary. Additionally, the client may incur optional fees (food, excess baggage, overweight baggage, items of a personal nature, etc.) as well.
- If one make their own flights to the international departure city, we recommend they purchase a ticket that can be exchanged without large penalties.
- Late Changes: Any changes after the final payment date (name changes, flight changes, late additions, cancellations, etc.) will incur fees.
- Name change fees will be a minimum of $200 and as high as full ticket replacement.
Seat selection: ETS is not responsible for seat assignments. There is usually not advance seat selection for groups on most airlines. Early check-in is necessary to secure seats with travel companions and those with special needs. Airlines reserve the right to switch seats up until boarding. ETS is not responsible for seat assignments and changes. Seating is solely under the control of the airlines.
ETS is not responsible for airline cancellations, baggage fees, re-routings or any disruption of scheduled services or accommodations.
Due to security measures taken at airports, it is advisable to arrive at the airport three hours prior to departure time.
Upgrades & Deviations
- Pricing: The cost of upgrading international flights start at:
- Economy Plus / Premium Economy: $2000+
- Business Class: $4000+
- Costs can be much higher depending on the airline and/or routing
If you choose to book your own airfare, you will receive the following land reduction. However, you will also need to purchase transfers. Please speak with April if you are considering booking your own airfare.
PER PERSON LAND ONLY DISCOUNT: $1,198 cruise only reduction
Transfer prices if booked cruise only:
- 9/6 – Airport (FCO) to Ship – $75
- 9/18 – Hotel to Airport (FCO) – $75
